Peter Burns biography

Peter Burns was trained in Chirology (hand analysis) by Andrew Verity 1981-1982 and began seeing clients in the early 1980’s. He worked at the Fremantle Markets from 1986-1995, consulting about 30 people each week.

  • Peter received his Astrology Diploma (FAA) in 1997.
  • Setup and ran Ambrosia Publications, 1995 – 2008, publishing guides for alternative health.
  • Was president of the Victorian Astrologers Association (VAA) 2006-2008.
  • Editor of the national Journal for the Federation of Ausralian Astrologers (FAA) 2000-2015.
  • Awarded Fellow membership of the FAA in 2011.
  • Guest speaker on ABC radio in WA and 3RRR in Melbourne.
  • Published “The Palmistry Textbook” in 2011.
  • Ran Body n Soul Expos 2015-2022, featuring psychics and alternative health practitioners.
  • Published the Palmistry Course manual in 2024.
  • Published the Horary (Q&A Astrology) Course manual in 2026.
  • Lectured in Australia and USA.

Peter is focused on bringing astrology back to basics and rediscovering its foundations. Peter is a dedicated astrologer, lecturer, writer and teacher.
